more photos from japan. during my visiting in japan, my grandmother gave me some of her jewelries. those 2 rings in the photo are especially special one that she gave me. those 2 rings were made out of her mother's (my great-grandmother) japanese ornamental hairpin "Kanzasi". the pink one is a coral and the green one is jade. they are beautiful and cute!
i still remember how i spent time with great-grandmother. i am still attached to he even she passed away very long time ago. when i received those rings, i felt my great-grandmother came back to me. great gifts.

指輪の写真を見て、ああ〜、昔はこういうのだったなぁ〜と、古い箪笥の香りと一緒に、幼少時代の風景が蘇ってきました。
上手く言葉にできませんが、本当に長い間忘れてしまっていた、「つつましさ」のような、内に秘めた感情を見たような、そんな感じがしました。
